Lost
What's up with Desmond? How did he know Locke was going to give the speech and the details? Is Hurley going to stop them from going after Jack, Kate, and everyone else? What did we learn last night? Not a whole lot. But the fact that Locke was part of some sort of drug family is certainly interesting. When are they going to tell us how he ended up in a wheelchair? Will we find he was injured when the feds crash the drug lab? Where did all of these extras come from? There are so many new faces on the beach. What must this show's payroll look like? Who's going to fill in as leader with everyone gone? Locke? This season doesn't really make me crave to see next week's episode like previous seasons. Nothing really happened last night.

Desk
I know you'll all be glad to hear that my one-ton desk got moved in last night and I reclaimed the backseat of my car. The thing was HEAVY. I was starting to worry that we might never get it out. Dad spent a good 15-20 minutes repairing it, but it looks nice in my living room. Strangely, the living room appears larger with the additional piece of furniture.

Kristin's Tip of the Day
Since the desk had been in the backseat since Sunday, and I had been on a McDonald's milkshake kick (trying to win $5 million), and the cups were hidden in the backseat, my car had started to smell. I couldn't figure out what it was coming from until this morning. Wow, were they ripe! Take my advice - don't leave empty milkshake cups in your car for a week. You'll regret it!
