Kelly's Shower
What a great day! Today was Kelly's shower. I can FINALLY talk about it on here. We surprised her! Yes we did! She didn't think we could do it, but I believe she was truly suprised - YIPPIE! Julie and I have been working for weeks on the favors. They were wonderful (not that I'm biased or anything). Julie and I spent MANY Saturdays and Sundays over the last few weeks shopping and planning and baking. We really bonded. I totally think we need to go into the favor-making business together. It was so much fun. Here's a picture of the finished favor. We enlisted the help of Chrissy last night to assemble them. Here's a look at the fun...have you ever seen so many cookies?

I'm pretty exhausted, and need to get ready for a family lunch at my house tomorrow, so before my camera dies, here's a handful of other pictures from the day.

Kristin! Finally I get the recognition I deserve on your blog! I LOVED working on the favors for Kelly's shower with you and I am so glad they went over so well. Al and I helped ourselves to some cookies that night! They were YUMMY! I have to admit, I am glad it's over, mostly because poor Al hasn't seen me much in the past 3 weeks. I was so happy that Kelly was surprised - and she said we couldn't do it! And, thank you to Chrissy for the extra hands. It was great to be able to hang out with you guys - even if we were working! Julie.
