Kelly's Bachelorette Party

Did I spell that right? Anyway, last night was the big night! We had TONS of fun down in AC celebrating the last weekend Kelly is single! The evening started off with dinner at The Continental at The Pier at Caesars. I STRONGLY recommend the Buffalo Chicken Meatballs. Wow! I'm going to work on replicating them. Keep checking back for the recipe. We had tons of food....let me see if I can remember....
Appetizers:
- Yummy salad (and I don't even like salad)
- Hummus with Pita Break (very yummy and I'm scared of hummus)
- Calamari
- Buffalo Chicken Meatballs
Main Course:
- Lobster Mashed Potatoes (good, but not very lobstery)
- Cuban Chicken (excellent)
- Pad Thai (good, but I've had better in Scottsdale)
- Flank Steak of some sort (very good)
Dessert:
- You'll just have to check out the picture!

After dinner we headed over to the Ri Ra sports bar at the Tropicana to watch the Eagles. I'm sure you all know the outcome wasn't what we would have wanted, but we had fun watching anyway.

Kelly - we had a great time!!! Can't wait to see all of you again on Friday!!! And, I'm having more of those pomegranate martinis!
