Great Week
I had the best week and birthday - ever! It may even top my 30th birthday gift to myself - a trip to Australia. It all started with a job offer! Okay, so I applied to the Borgata - that was the "casino". Did you see they had a fire there? Now they really can't afford me!!!

I got so many thoughtful gifts from everyone! Lots of people gave me gifts with my current state of unemployment in mind. I received gift cards to some great places - BORDER CAFE, Borders, Williams Sonoma....they're burning holes in my pockets! I got some gorgeous flowers! Several yummie dinners made for me. Mom made all of my favorite foods - and the bestest chocolatey cake. Oh, I also received a couple of surprise job offers! My dad is going to make custom shelving for me! You should see the cute sign...oh wait...this is a blog, I have a camera, and I can show you! I have a cookbook full of some wonderful recipes - wanna be a guinea pig? And - of course I got some more beautiful dishes - I'm very far from having enough! It's okay - that's what the shelves are for!

I had a weekend full of stamping. Nine people stopped by Saturday and Sunday for my second Technique Day. I enjoyed seeing which techniques everyone loved. Something different appealed to everyone.

I've got another busy week ahead. Seriously - when did I ever find time to work???
