My House Was Skunked!
Is "skunked" a verb? Well, I don't know what else to call it. I had Mike over for dinner last night and we were just relaxing on the couch and watching Food Network - our favorite for some silly reason. All of the sudden I started to smell a skunk. I asked him if he smelled it. He said he sort of smelled something. I tolerated it for a few more minutes but started feeling sick to my stomach. Soon, Mike agreed. So, even though it was BEAUTIFUL outside last night and I had all of the doors and windows open, I had to close them all. It was TERRIBLE. I couldn't tell where the smell was coming from. It was out front. It was out back. It was in my bedroom. Luckily, it dissipated relatively quickly.

I was rudely awakened at 8:29am this morning by the HR department at the hospital. She said she wanted to set up my second interview. Hello?!?!?! I was confused since I've interviewed with four people this week during two separate visits. So, I have my third (and final) interview on Monday. How exhausting.

Hi Kristin, Skunked is a verb:0) It refers to beer, when it's been warmed up by being in room temp, and then chilled again or something along those lines. I might have the order wrong...I don't even drink beer, but for some reason that term stuck when I learned it a while back.
