Never a Dull Moment
I'm sure by now you've all realized that there's never a dull moment in my life. At 11:15 this morning, my air conditioning installation guys called to tell me they'd be at my house at 9am on Wednesday. Yes, this should be good news. HOWEVER, I wasn't expecting them to install the AC until the end of the month or early February. I still have to clean out the second floor - which means carrying a ton of crap from the attic down 2 flights of stairs to the basement. It also requires me to have updated electrical service. Julie's dad will probably be updating my electrical service, but because I wasn't prepared for such an early date, I hadn't even talked with him yet. I probably also have to line up the electric company to upgrade my electrical service. UGH. So, the good news is that I can start finishing my second floor a lot sooner than I thought, I'll have real heat a lot sooner than I thought, and I may not have a room to sleep in for a week. I'm wondering what this means for my stamping open house on Sunday afternoon!!! There's never a dull moment in my life and I'm overdue.
