Thoughts of the Day
I had to share a couple of things with you I either learned, loved, or found entertaining. First, I ran across this article about a man who sent a dead cow's head to his wife's lover. WHAT!?!?! I just sat there scratching my head. My favorite line was that the guy "understands that in a civilized society a person cannot send a severed cow's head to anybody"

Next, have you tried Dark Chocolate Dipped Peppermint Altoids!?!?!? OH MY GOSH! They're heavenly and only 15 calories for 2. I found them at Target in the checkout line the other night when Mike and I went shopping. I hope they're not just a Christmas flavor. Now that I look at the tin, it looks like it has a Christmasy decoration. I'm going to have to go and buy all of the tins at Target! This tin will be gone today. There are only 270 calories in the whole tin - that's less than a candy bar, right? The tin will last longer than a candy bar. BONUS.

Okey dokey...AC update. It's done. It's finished. The holes in my wall are covered. There's a big metal box sitting outside of my house. Bring on the heat! Well, hold off until I can get Julie's dad over to upgrade my electric! I'd take pictures, but I can't find the cable that connects my camera to my computer. Ugh.

Guess what....only 6 more days until I'm permitted to take time off at work. Woo Hoo!!! If you know me, you know how important time off is to me. That's why I selected this position - I get 27 days. Not as many as Commerce, but still a substantial amount. My first vacation destination? I'm hoping it will be Vegas. That's where the Lawson User Conference is this year. I'd probably tack on a day or two for some non-Lawson activities!

When would you be in vegas? Did I tell you that we are going out there for my early birthday present? It would be funny if we were out there at the same time!
