Save the Date
Okay, many of you have said that you'd love to go along with Mike and I on one of our Wine-tasting adventures. We are tentatively scheduling to do another wine tasting weekend in Northern Virginina on June 7th and 8th. More details to follow as I plan an itinerary and lodging. But, please let Mike or I know if you're interested in joining us.

I know, you want to see my hair. There are pictures trapped on my "good" camera which will hopefully be posted tonight. We opted to stay an extra day in Maryland this weekend and went wine tasting at a couple of our favorite wineries and a couple of new wineries. In all, we tasted 35 wines at four different wineries:
- Mediterranean (one of Mike's favorites)
- Marterella (my favorite - so far)
- Three Fox (home of the prettiest port-a-potties ever - they even had space heaters!)
- Naked Mountain

We probably would have tried a couple more if it weren't for the fact that so many of the wineries give you 10-12 wines to taste! Plus, I had a full glass with our lunch at Martarella and a full glass with our afternoon snack of sausage and cheese at Naked Mountain.
