Last Monday

Today's the last time I have to drive to Cherry Hill on a Monday morning. Yippee! This time next week I'll be in Arlington at HR orientation for BearingPoint.

So, driving to work this morning I was still getting emotional about the weekend. The honeymooners are in Saint Lucia having a wonderful time.

Wedding Cake
Okay, so we all know that I have no self-control. Well, mom sent me home from church with a big hunk of wedding cake. I nibbled on it throughout the day yesterday. But while watching Desperate Housewives last night, I decided to just finish it off. I would estimate the piece I had was a little larger than the size of a normal piece of cake. I now understand why they give you small pieces at weddings. Wow, was it rich! I regretted it afterwards. I'm not sure if it was just the cake or if it was all of the Halloween candy I was testing throughout the day as well, but I was feeling pretty ill. (I have to make sure it's not poisoned!)

Therefore: Kristin's Tip of the Day - Don't complain when you get a small piece of cake at a wedding.
