Propinquity
Isn't that a cool-sounding word? Click on it to read the official dictionary. That's my word of the day. Thank you Donna Stemberger. It came up at 6:30am Bible Study this morning at the Kountry Kitchen.

I'm now totally addicted to Card Making. Did I proclaim that last week? I'm churning out two cards per night. I still haven't figured out when I find time. I'm stuck on Christmas cards. I now have three styles for this year's card. If my STUPID COMPUTER worked, I'd show them to you. Oh wait, didn't I tell you yesterday that I'd keep it a surprise?

Okay...since I brought it up....last night I got my computer to turn on after about 30 tries. Throughout the evening I think I rebooted it about 10 more and it started right up after every time. I've found that if you hold down a key BEFORE hitting the power button, it seems to work (or it's a coincidence). Last week I thought if you removed the battery it turned on. So, anyway, I was working away, balancing my checkbook, and uploading pictures. While I was editing the pictures so they weren't huge, it crashed and couldn't reconnect to the Internet. UGH! I'm hoping that maybe my Internet just went out. I tried every imaginable combination of plugging and unplugging, powering and unpowering, when I finally gave up because the Bachelor came on. Have you been watching this season? It's kind of lame, but I'm hooked anyway. If you haven't watched, this season's bachelor is a prince. I don't quite understand it all since I missed the first episode, but he's Italian royalty but doesn't speak an ounce of Italian. What's up with that? We're down to the final four. I'm really rooting for the sweet, innocent, virgin chick. I don't like Lisa, Agnese (the Italian on the show) just has too much of a language barrier, and I'm not quite sure what I think of the other girl. In fact, I can't even remember who she is. I'm anxious to see next week's episode. It looks like Lisa already has her wedding dress and tries it on for Lorenzo. I'd be running for the door if I was him. I hope he finally sees through her.

What About Brian?
That's my other favorite Monday night show. Do you watch that one? I got hooked last season but wonder where on earth it can go from here. Brian is single. His best friend is Adam who was supposed to marry Marjorie. Brian is in love with Marjorie. So, Brian doesn't get invited to the wedding, he shows up anyway, sees her, and she runs off. Now, it seems, she's moving to Minnesota and leaving behind everyone else in LA. I don't think she'll go. But, I also don't think the show can let her choose either of the guys.

I'm excited. I'm eating at my newest favorite restaurant tonight - Border Cafe. They have THE BEST fajitas and jambalaya I've EVER tasted. I think I could possibly eat there every night and never get tired of the stuff. I want to open my own franchise.

I thought there was something else I wanted to share, but I can't remember...I went off on my tangent about my STUPID COMPUTER....OH - I remember...my newest vacation dream. There's this new timeshare thing for cruise ships. It goes all over the world and you can buy a month or a full year cabin. The smallest cabin has more square feet than my entire house! They're gorgeous. I want one. I requested info and it's supposed to arrive today. They list prices online, but really don't give too much info. I can't really figure out what it would cost to finance. Oh, and most have several bedrooms. So, I could take friends along to help offset the cost. It looks like you can fly to and from the boat on the helicopter. How cool is that? The info is supposed to arrive tonight, so I'll let you know which cabin I bought tomorrow!!!
