Oh my gosh, I'm in love. Have any of you heard of Zappos? A friend at work told me about this website; then I heard Rachael Ray talk about it on her show. Many of you know that I wear a size 11 shoe. Size 11 is nearly impossible to find in stores. Nordstrom carries them in almost all of their styles, but they're quite pricey and Nordstrom isn't around the corner. Payless has them, but by the time you get to size 11, they're ugly, black, and uncomfortable. I've recently discovered that Famous Footwear does have a nice selection in 11, but the selection is limited. I couldn't find flats for Kelly's wedding there. So, I decided to try Zappos. They carry 1000s of brands of shoes. No, not 1000s of styles, 1000s of brands and then tons of styles in each brand! Wow! You can search by style, size, heel height, and find your perfect shoe. And, on top of that, they offer free shipping BOTH WAYS. Yes, that's right! It's like having a shoe store come right to your home for free. I ordered 3 pair of shoes for Kelly's wedding on Wednesday. They arrived this morning! Apparently one of the pairs that I ordered qualified the whole order for 2nd day air. One of the pair is perfect. So, I'll be sending the other two back.
