What a Weekend!
I couldn't have asked for a better weekend. Well, I can think of one thing I would have preferred - I would prefer not to be sick today, but that's okay, I'll recover.

I thought my Open House was fabulous on Friday night. I think everyone had a good time - especially the folks who played the Wii. Kelly, Matt, Sharon, and Steve didn't head out until like 1am!!! I could have sold at least 4 Wii game systems that night! I enjoyed watching everyone play. I promise to post photos, but they're still trapped on my camera. My biggest priority right now is getting my Christmas cards finished and mailed so you all receive them before Christmas. I got 42 out of 73 completed last night.

I couldn't have pulled off Friday night without the help from mom, Julie, and Mike. Thank you guys!!! It may have to be a tradition I keep up for years to come. After too few hours of sleep, I was off to Philly to have brunch with my Philly Inker friends. That was tons of fun too. Claire made a fabulous brunch which included blueberry pancakes and an egg/asparagus caserole. Yummie. Then we set a record - we made 52 cards in about 45 mintues. And, it was an involved card with several layers. And when I say "made", I mean we cut supplies, stamped cards, and even stamped envelopes! I wish I could have that team to do my Christmas cards!!!

After brunch, I raced home to meet up with someone who was going to give me a quote on windows and siding. I'm still waiting to hear back, but that project isn't going to happen for several months....I have to get through this AC thing first!!! I did squeeze in a 2-hour nap before getting ready and heading out for Suishi date night with Mike and some of his friends. We had a lot of fun! After sushi we headed over to Adelphia.

Sunday I elected not to go to church. I had to "flip" my house and convert it to my stamping open house. I was doing pretty good - but I didn't get everything cleaned in time. But, I had fun visiting with some of my customers. And, Julie and I stamped our Christmas cards and ate leftover appetizers from Friday night. I miss stamping with Julie!!!

So, I survived. Woo Hoo!!! Now it's time to relax!!! Bring on Christmas!

I'm glad we're spending more time together! I had lots of fun this weekend, even though you "put me to work"! Anytime for you! Tonight, I plan to finish my cards too! Good luck with yours!
