New Look
Yes, I changed the look of my blog. I noticed that Claire had updated hers (and she's posting more frequently these days - yay!) I liked the fact that it took up the whole page, so I decided to follow suit. What do you think?

So, it's just my luck. I drove my convertible bug up here this week only to find rain and temperatures in the low 60s. What's up!?!?!? It was perfect weather last week. Although, it certainly didn't hurt as much when I paid $35 vs $55 to gas up my vehicle yesterday.

Last night the team accompanied me to dinner. I guess I was expecting them to pay, but then I remembered that we didn't pay for other people's roll-offs. So I can't get angry. What they don't realize is that I'm unemployed. The $21 dinner kinda hurt. Thank goodness I didn't order alcohol and stuck with chicken parm instead of steak!!!! Tonight's dinner will be free. I hope the weather improves. We're eating at the Crow's Nest. It's a nice little waterfront restaurant. They have great food. Plus, we're going at 5:30 so it'll be a short day.

By the way, it's pretty much official - I am not working tomorrow. I'm going to drive home in the morning and do "administrative stuff" that's related to my "off-boarding". I have to find a FedEx and ship my laptop back.

I hope you're having a good day. I joked that G-town is in mourning because I'm leaving - that's why it's so dreary outside.
