Can't Think of a Title
....so I'll just start typing. Yum, as I type, I'm enjoying a warm, soft pretzel from the Philly Pretzel Factory. These little hot spots are popping up all over. Someone brought in fresh, hot pretzels this morning. Yum! Oops...all gone.
Anyway, I went into my dream scrapbook store last night and almost cried it was so perfect! If you looked past the piles of clutter, there's a perfect area for cropping with built in counter tops and cabinets. There's plenty of room for a classroom and tons of room for merchandise. There are two store fronts included in the sale. Perfect for a coffee shop and scrapbook store. Or, they can be connected for one, HUGE store. It kills me, the rent is VERY affordable considering the amount of square footage in there. Maybe someone will buy it and the consignment shop will leave, but she's been there for years.
Tonight Mike and I are attending a Wine class. It's put on by The Wine School of Philadelphia. They have classes every week. We're taking Wine 101 tonight. The premise of this class is to introduce the most important building blocks of wine knowledge. We are supposed to come to class with an open mind, because they will dispel many of those wine myths that are too often bandied about - whatever they are! After class, we have reservations for dinner across the street at the Red Sky Lounge. I picked that particular restaurant because it is across the street and we probably shouldn't climb behind the wheel of a car immediately following a 2-hour wine class!
Stay tuned for more adventures!
